Assesment, review and recommendations

Following assessment and a review of your medical information we can provide a detailed personal report highlighting the specific problems that you are experiencing and provide advice and recommendations directed at the departmental body who requires this information.

We would provide you with both electronic and paper versions of the report / letter for you to keep and share with anyone you deem necessary. We can also send directly on your behalf to any organisations as necessary.

OUR EXPERTISE

Our reports detail how your health condition impacts practically on your individual situation, it explains the detrimental effect on your wellbeing and how this influences your daily life.

Following personal reports written by Wharfedale Occupational Therapy clients have had benefits re-instated and have had benefit entitlements increased.

Disabled clients previously awarded only basic or low housing priority have been awarded suitable accessible properties in desired locations in good timescales.
