Appointments with the DWP, NHS, private healthcare, statutory health and \/ or social care appointments \/ assessments, the list is endless.<\/p>\n<p>We would meet the person at the venue or travel with them to the appointment, ask your important questions and update you on discussions and treatment plans with the consent of the supported person. We will provide you with a clear interpretation of the discussions and decisions from the appointment.<\/p>\n\t<h3>OUR EXPERTISE<\/h3>\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<h3><\/h3 ><p><strong>Almost 20 years\u2019 experience working with multi-disciplinary team members in health and social care roles.
